"Report of the Examining Commission on Rivers and Harbors to the Governor of California" (Sacramento: J. D. Young, Supt. State Printing,) 1890. The report covers rivershed areas from the San Joaquin River, Sacramento River, and others in the central area of the state. There are also recommendations from the commission and an appendix that includes commercial statistics from 1880-89. With stains, fading, edge wear and small tears to the wrappers, but pages generally clean, the condition is fair.
