The item, disbound from a state report, includes statements on public land, mines, public survey field notes, deposits for office work in mining claim surveys, other financial statements, an annual report for private land claims, a report of the condition of the Spanish archives and transcribing them (including some history of Spanish and Mexican land grants and tables of grants for ranchos and missions, and a supplemental report that includes a table of rejected, suspended and pending surveys.
