"Respondent's Points and Authorities," Bernabe Badostain vs. Francisco Grazide, Los Angeles District Case 137, Supreme Court of the State of California, January 1896. The printed item contains the several points by Badostain's attorney J.B. Dunlap concerning a case in which Badostain, an employee of Grazide, was suing for civil damages after being slapped by Grazide. Aside from some browning and soiling, the condition is good.
