"Revised Tentative Tract No. 17188 in Unincorporated Territory of Los Angeles County, California," from Richard Barclay, developer and engineer, ca. 1920s. The tract embraces land west of Western Avenue and north of 25th Street in what is today the San Pedro neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles. There are 475 lots on streets not then given names and which do not appear, in most cases, to correspond to present streets. With significant browning, folds, tears on some folds, creases, and edge wear, the condition is fair.
