Description

Color: Black; White A black and white photograph of a Richfield Oil company service station, 1920s. Two employees are standing next to gas pumps at the two islands of the station. Each, under a large canopy, has pumps, the one on the left having one gasoline pump and the one at the right having an additional oils pump, air hoses, and two columns with dark footings. At the right is the garage and offices for the station. In the background is an extension of the station with work bays for automobile maintenance. Signs indicate services, including those for batteries and tires. Over a door at the right is the indicator "STATION 23," though the location is not known. With slight corner abrasions, small corner creases, some yellowing, small stains, and a black colored item adhered to the lower left, the overall condition is good. Number-Units: 1
