"Rules for the Regulation of Street Traffic as Contained in Ordinance No. 24360 of the City of Los Angeles," issued by Colyear's and printed by Grant's Publishing House, Los Angeles, 1912. The item contains the text of the ordinance and some advertisements for the Colyear's furniture store, although on the front cover there is a stamp reading "SUBSTANTIALLY CORRECT / BUT NOT OFFICIAL." Aside from some browning, there is little wear or damage and the condition is good.
