The book covers the slide show presented by the agency which is separated into sections entitled "Legacy of Achievement"; "The Decades of Decline"; "The Years of Achievement for the Family Community"; "Business Volume, Public Revenues, Jobs, Payroll"; and "The Years of Completion." Color and black and white photographs of the slides are included with their corresponding text. At the back is a list of city public and private enterprises, project credits, and a photo log.
