A photograph of an unidentified portion of the foothills of the San Gabriel Valley, 1920s. The view is taken from an area above a nearby plain and, judging from the description on item .1, the view may be from the hills at the western edge of Pasadena looking northeast toward northwest Pasadena and Altadena, although there is no indication of the Arroyo Seco, so it may be further east in the valley. With little indication of damage or wear, the object's condition is good.
