Color: Black; Gold
An executive Shaeffer's Lifetime pencil, ca. 1925. The artifact has a gold-colored tip, cap, and pocket clasp, while the barrel is black. On the opposite end of the removable cap is an eraser. There are no pieces of lead in the item. The company name is etched onto the flat facing side of the clasp and on the cap, along with the style name of "Lifetime" and the descriptor "gold filled." A notice that the patent is pending is also on the cap along with the above. Aside from suface scratches and the dried out nature of the eraser, the object is in good condition.
