Seal press, ca. 1920s. The item is black iron with a curved handle, silver plating where the seal plate is location and a gold band along the bottom plate. A name plate along the front is obliterated and unreadable. With some significant wear, including chipped paint, scratches, and grime, the overall condition is fair.
