Description
A real photo postcard of the Selig Zoo entrance, Los Angeles, California. ca. 1920s. There are two large archways with wrought iron gates and a wrought iron fence. Around the archways are carvings of animals and between the arches is a large pedestal with eight elephant statues and a flag pole. Each gate has a walkway leading to it and areas of grass, trees separating each walkway. With abrasion on the bottom edge and soiling on the back, the object is in good condition overall.
