The sheet music consists of a folio with a loose sheet inside. On the cover is a color illustration of a football player in full gear and uniform with helmet and protective pads. In the background is a silhouette drawing of a long building, possibly on a college campus. The sheet music is overall in good condition with a running tear at the bottom of the folio and some corner creases and tears.
