"Silver Peak Guest Ranch, Walnut, Calif.," ca. 1930. The image is a view of the eastern San Gabriel Valley, including the Walnut area, San Jose Hills, and San Gabriel Mountains, evidently taken from a porch or window of the guest ranch, which was located near present Golden Springs Drive/Colima Road and Lemon Drive. There is a message, dated 25 April 1930, on the reverse, but the card was not stamped and mailed. There is some light soiling and edge rubbing, but the overall condition is good.Lexicon
