There are signs in the windows reading "STATIONERY, SPORTING GOODS" and "CIGARS, TOBACC..." Magazines and other periodicals are visible through the display window. With creases that are nearly tears at the bottom left and center top, edge wear, especially at the lower left, and some stains and soiling, the overall condition is fair.
