On the back within a blue background is a mission bell. The work, issued in advance of the 1915 Panama-Pacific International and Panama-Pacific Expositions at San Francisco and San Diego, respectively, is an overview of the seven counties comprising southern California. Arranged in alphabetical order, each county's principal cities and communities are briefly summarized, as are the major industries and statistics are included. There are many black-and-white photographic illustrations. With very minor edge wear and a few cover creases, the overall condition is good.Lexicon
