Description
A photograph of the construction of a Southern California Edison electric transfer station, unknown location, March 1923. The view shows wooden framing, concrete support posts and concrete wall, a steel girder, a large trench and what appears to be a steel base for power equipment. There are a few construction workers, as well. The image is undated, but the month is derived from other dates in the accession. With very light soiling and edge wear, but little else of note, the condition is good.
