Description

A photograph of the construction of a Southern California Edison electric transfer station, unknown location, 31 March 1923. The view shows the main building at the center and left with concrete walls, scaffolding, a large crane, and other elements. There is a long, one-story wooden structure at center and right that appears to be a temporary construction office. In the foreground, workers seem to be preparing more concrete bases for a structure. With very light soiling and edge wear, but little else of note, the condition is good.
