The item lists executive and general committee members; officers and directors of the Firemen's Relief Association; members of the five submcommittees; and the dance program, with 24 fox trots and waltzes and space for extra dancers. The event was held at the Ambassador Hotel's Ball Room with music by Benjamin Laietsky and Orchestra. On the back cover is the fire department logo. With yellowing and some small stains on the wrappers and fraying of the red cord binding, the overall condition is fair.
