Frame - picture, standing, rectangular, swivels on stand, carving completely around the frame, more decoration at the top and base, flat base with two arms reaching up to hold frame, dark brown-silver paint/stain overall, green felt on bottom of base, kraft paper backing, photo within frame is of a little girl talking on candlestick telephone. Unreadable pencil letters and numbers on underside of base.
