The item contains the form of records to be used by individual lodges including preliminary meetings, meetings under dispensation and charter, by-laws, and various types of meetings. Binding is with string through three holes at the left margin. With substantial creasing, some tears, soiling, dog-eared corners, and other wear, the condition is fair.
