The item has a vignette of an eagle; has the certificate number and number of shares; gives the holder's name and number of shares; and has the date and signatures of the company president and secretary. The firm did have some oil development in the Los Angeles region, but was a short-lived business. With vertical third folds, pest holes along a fold at the center, some edge tears, creases and light soiling, the condition is fair.
