Description
Postal card, Stock investment solicitation, Blankenhorn & Company, Inc., Los Angeles, 26 August 1929. Dated two months before the crash of the New York Stock Exchange, the card notes that stock and cash dividends were issues seventy-one times from 1922 to 1928 by the thirty companies lsted to the left margin and noted that the price of basic industry shares was $11 7/8 per share. There is an addressee's name and address typed on the reverse, a postmark, printed stamp, and cancellation stamp. With much soiling, some stains, and some edge wear, the condition is fair.
