Street Improvement Bond Series Number Eight, City of Los Angeles, 8 January 1926. The bond, issued for work on Occidental Boulevard and Marathon Street Improvement District, shows the amount, the bearer's name, the lot, tract, book and page location, date of payments, and the signature of the city treasurer. Affixed to the bond on either side are the coupons with the number, payment amount, and other bond information. The word "PAID" is punch stamped throughout the bond and coupons and there is a cancellation stamp, dated 19 February 1926 and a stamp from the bearer. There are also some pencil marks. Aside from light soiling and browning, the item is in good condition.Lexicon
