A cabinet card, studio portrait of a cotillion group, ca. 1890. Seven young girls sit in the front while nine young boys stand behind them. The boys all wear suits, ties and some have pocket chains. The girls are wearing light colored dresses, some with high collars, gloves and corsages pinned to their chests. Everyone in the group looks in a different direction. The photograph is in good condition with moderate acid burn, fading with yellowing, and surface soiling throughout.
