Description
A studio portrait of Anita Ysabel Ester Davoust (1855-1942). Photograph by Stephens Studio, Hill Street, Los Angeles, ca. 1910. Davoust is the wife of John Harrison Temple (1856-1926). She is depicted here standing next to a table with a vase of flowers on top. She is wearing a long dress with long sleeves trimmed with silk edges. She is also wearing a necklace and her hair is tied back. The photograph is pasted into a light cardboard folder with the photographer's studio name embossed on the front. The folder has some minor tears, discoloration but overall the photograph and folder are in good condition.
