Description
A cabinet photograph, studio portrait of four young boys during their First Holy Communion, Los Angeles, ca. 1890s. Photograph by F. Borgia, 674 San Fernando Street, Los Angeles. The boys are wearing full suits with bow ties as they stand in two rows. Each holds a long candle in their left hand with a rosary drapped over their hand. In their right hand is a small pocket-sized bible. The photograph is generally in good condition with a minor stain to the reverse of the board and discoloration.
