Description
A cabinet card photograph, studio portrait of Manuel S. Carrizosa (1872-1931) presented to his friend, Constancia Odona Davoust (1877-1973), daughter of Maria Antonia Dominguez (1845-1916). Photograph by Lawson, South Main Street, Los Angeles, 28 February 1896. A bust portrait of Carrizosa, wearing a dark suit jacket with a bow tie. He looks to the right with a moustache. The photograph is overall in fair condition with minor adhesive residue on the reverse, moderate fading and surface scratching to the photograph.
