A subscription blank for "Good Housekeeping," November 1933. The white-colored form has, on one side, two boxes at the top indicating the postage was paid by addressee, a box at the center giving permit information, and the name and address of the magazine. On the reverse are subscription choices, including a combined offer with "Cosmopolitan", the stamped name of the subscriber with the renewal date of November 1933, subscription information at the bottom, information on the right margin about paid postage, and, at the bottom left, the production date of "1133" for the card. With surface soiling and a clipped out portion of the upper left corner, the condition is good.Lexicon
