SUBSCRIPTION ORDER BLANK FOR "BETTER HOMES & GARDENS," MARCH 1929

A subscription order blank from "Better Homes & Gardens," March 1929 issue, published by the Meredith Publishing Company. The document has a border of a single line with an image at the top left of a Tudor-style house set amid trees and billowing clouds on a small knoll. The phrase "Subscription Order Blank" is at the top with the periodical title below that. Under these are costs for subscriptions ranging from one to three years. Space to fill in the amount subscribed and five sections to fill in name, street number, post office box, state, number of years desired, and boxes to check if it was an extension, new or renewal is provided. At the bottom is space for the sender's name street and number, post office box, and state. The form's version date is March 29, [1929].
