A foldout binder with eight separate inserts discussing different topics, lessons, relating to preparing school lunches for children. Some feature holiday recipes and most include the use of fruits in meal preparation for a well balanced diet. The lessons are loose in the binder. A mailing card with a metal paper clip is also included in the binder. The paper clip is slightly rusted, but condition of the item is generally good, minor rust marks on some inserts.
