The item has essays by Miss Bradley to housewives, another on Sunkist and the products of the exchange, and a third on the health benefits of oranges. Ther are sections on meat and fish; sauces and relishes; jellies and vegetables; breads and sandwiches; salads and dressings; desserts and beverages; and breakfast and miscellaneous and an index. There are some drawings as illustrations. With soiled, stained and worn wrappers, torn at the spine's top and dented, soiled and creased pages, the overall condition is fair.
