A real photo postcard, "Sunset Ave. looking North Temple Cal.," ca. 1926. The view is from the center of what is now Temple City Boulevard, just south of Main Street (now Las Tunas Drive) in the town's commercial core. At the right is portion of the Temple National Bank and at left part of the Temple Pharmacy, both buildings of which are extant. Further up Sunset is a shoe store, Brown's Service Station and portions of houses. In the distance are the snow-capped San Gabriel Mountains. The unused card has soiling, discoloration, and abrasions, but is in good overall condition.
