Survey plan, ca. 1930s - 1970s. The plan is part of the Historic American Buildings Survey, sheet 8 of 12 sheets/ Survey No. 37 - 8. The survey shows details of the San Gabriel Mission Bell Tower; dimensions each bell; details of lettering found around the bell; wrought iron cross which sits atop the bell tower wall. The name of Frederick Scholer.Del is present on the front side, bottom left corner. There is heavy acid burn to a portion of the left and right side of the plan, front side. There is damage due to silver fish along the top right edge, minor tearing along the edges. It is in fair to poor condition.
