Description

TEPEE RESTORATION, FLOOR RESTORATION AND RESETTING Color: Blue; Brown; White A color polaroid photograph of the floor in the Tepee during the structure's restoration, 2 September 1979. There are seven sections where pavers were removed for restoration, so the gaps are left. The rest of the floor was ground smooth as part of the restoration process. At the upper left is a portion of a sanding tool to grind the floor smooth. At the top is a wall and, to the right, one corner, with some of the baseboard ceramic tiles visible and a few missing. The wall above the tiles is also in need of replastering. At the bottom of the artifact is an ink inscription reading "Teepee Floor Restoration / Oct 11." There does not appear to be any wear or damage to the artifact, which is in good condition. Number-Units: 1
