"The 1928 Presidential Campaign: A Hand Book of Political and Election Facts," published by M. J. Whittall Associates, Ltd., 1928. The 19-page booklet has a white cardstock cover with the title at the top and bottom of the front in black letters against a blue background. At the center is a head-and-shoulders illustration of George Washington. The name of the publisher is also at the bottom within a black rectangular box. At the beginning of the inside are an index and an introduction. The booklet contains such information as how each of the major positions are elected; reviews of other elections; descriptions of the major governmental positions; number of electors per state; Constitutional Amendment facts; and more. An advertisement for the publisher's rugs and carpets is also included. The artifact has only some browning of the paper and is therefore in good condition.
