Description

"The American Architect," part one of two, 20 January 1928 (Vol. 133, No. 2537), published by The Architectural and Building Press, Inc., New York. The trade publication has articles on design, construction techniques, new structures of note, and others, as well as editorial comment and eighteen plates. A feature article is "Architectural Impressions of Southern California" by Dwight James Baum, which also includes a number of illustrations, mainly of Spanish Colonial Revival homes. Wrappers have much spine damage, tears, creases, and losses, but pages are generally clean, so the condition is fair.
