Description
A press photo of the Cadillac Eight transcontinental road car at New York City, 15 May 1916. The closeup shows a few dozen men gathered around the car and its two drivers with two of the observers holding up a sign commemorating the arrival of the vehicle in a record time of seven-and-a-half days from Los Angeles. A typed description is on the reverse, but there is no attribution as to the syndicate or newspaper that issued the image. With soiling, some corner creases, and edge rubbing, the overall condition is good.
