"The Franciscan Missions of California," published by John E. Hayes and Orville P. Hayes and printed by C E. Bireley Company Press, 1897. The item is a folio collection of paintings and photographs of the twenty-one missions, the so-called "Home of Ramona", several mission stations (estancias), a chair ascribed to Father Serra, and the Santa Barbara bath house. With fading, soiling, creases, small tears and edge rubbing to the wrappers and most pages clean (a few are creased and torn), the overall condition is good.
