Description
The front view of a Los Angeles residence, 9 February 1905. A view from the street of 982 East 33rd Street, Los Angeles was the residence of Mrs. MacCabe. The house, still in existence today, has two floors with wood construction on the upper floor and rough stone construction on the porch and retaining wall next to the street. A large palm tree is in front, mostly obscuring the house. The location and photograph specifications are identified on the reverse in an ink inscription. It is in fair condition with minor silvering, loss to the top right possibly due to rodents, moderate fading, and warping.
