Description

A real photo postcard of the George E. Richmond house, Los Angeles, ca. 1920s. The view shows what appears to be a newly-completed one-story with attic bungalow on a gently sloping lot. There is no landscaping other than walk from the front to the sidewalk. Across the front is a porch but no furniture. On the reverse is a pencil inscription: "Geo. E. Richmond residence / Berenice St. L.A. Cal." This location is in Montecito Heights, just east of the Arroyo Seco. With light soiling and minor edge rubbing, the overall condition is good.
