"The Graphic," 17 October 1891 (Vol. V, No. 16), The Graphic Company, Chicago. The weekly illustrated newspaper has articles on current affairs, events, art, literature, home and society, and other items of national and international scope. Of note is an article on the technical aspects of constructuing the Los Angles Cable Railway, completed in 1889, and which includes three illustrations and a figure of a single-column support.
