Description
A stereoscopic photograph of the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California, June 1929. The image was taken during a performance for the national convention of the Shriners fraternal organization. The back wall has patriotic banners displayed on it and this was before the addition of the familiar bandshell. Information on the back states that the image was taken during the convention and includes the history of the venue and the Shriners. The area was once known as Daisy Dell or Bolton Canyon. With residue from adhesive present on the image, minor mirroring, and abrasions, the image is in good condition.
