Color: Brown; Gold "The House Beautiful Furnishing Annual," (Boston: Atlantic Monthly Company, 1926), 168 pp. The brown hard-cover book has the title at the center and the publisher's name at the bottom all in gold lettering. At the beginning of the inside is title page, preface, a table of contents, and an introduction. There are many aspects of interior decoration covered including walls and wall coverings; interior woodwork; floors and floor coverings; ceilings; interior fixtures; furniture design and construction; hangings; decorative notes of accent in rooms; and demonstrative furniture arrangement. Also included are many black and white photographs and drawings, color illustrations, and floor plans. At the back are many advertisements and a general index. With some abrasions; a dent on the cover corner; fading of the gold lettering; and some stains, the object is in good condition overall.
