Description
The lake, boathouse and viewing pavilion at East Lake Park, now Lincoln Park, Los Angeles, ca. 1900. The view is taken from one side of the artificial body of water with the boathouse and canoes in the water at left and the pavilion toward the right, both appearing to be relative new or newly painted. In the background are stands of trees. There is a caption at the lower left but it is very faint, starting with "125. Eastlake . . ." With residue from an adhesive on the reverse that has bled through to the front, soiling, and warping, the overall condition is good.
