Description
"The Mexican Revolution, and American Public Opinion," by William W. Temple, published by A.H. Heath, San Diego, 28 March 1911. The essay reviewed conditions in México in the revolutionary ferment of the time and called for three actions, while also referring to rumors of Japanese interference in that country. A publisher's note stated that Temple "has traveled extensively through Mexico and is familiar with conditions existing there." With extensive soiling, tears, folds, punched holes and creases, the condition is poor.
