"The Miracle" program, for performances at the Shrine Auditorium, Los Angeles, January and February 1927. The passion play, produced by F. Ray Comstock and Morris Gest, staged by Max Reinhardt and with the representation in Los Angeles of L. E. Behymer, had a civic committee of dozens of city and regional notables for the special production. Pages thirteen and afterwards provides play information, including those involved in the production, the cast list, a synopsis for each scene, the rotation list for roles, a list of production staff, technical personnel, and executive staff. There are many advertisements, chiefly for entertainment-related companies, but also for hotels, transportation, and others. With acid burns on two pages; creases on the cover and top right corners of pages; dents on the spine; cover soiling, especially on the front; page yellowing; fading on the cover; cover folds; losses at the top right edge of the back; staple tarnish; and cover tears, the overall condition is fair.Lexicon
