The item has many photos of the grounds and structures, brief descriptions of the facilities, located at the palisades where Wilshire Boulevard terminated at the shore. It also mentions the new structure of some 600 rooms to be completed soon. The item is pasted down onto a photo album page and has some soiling, creases and slight pest damage, but is in good overall condition.
