The front cover of the item has the title at the top, a statement about the guide at the center, the publisher's name at the bottom and phone numbers for the fire and police departments, and the local hospital. The listings include hotels, churches, schools, hospitals and sanitaria at the beginning, followed by a list of street names, listings by type of business, including street address and telephone numbers, and a short section on Glendale businesses. There are a few advertisements, as well. In fair condition, the item has cover rubbing, acid burns on page 96, slight brittleness, spine dents, soiling, a hole punched at the upper left, scratches on the cover and spine, and stains on the cover.Lexicon
