Description
A black and white photograph of the old stone steps to the choir loft at the south side of Mission San Gabriel, 1915. The steps ascend the side of the structure and there is a man at the top of the steps. A woman stands at ground level next to the church at the lower left. Pedestrians are further down toward the end of the structure. Part of a tall pepper tree are at the upper right. A pencil inscription on the reverse reads, "San Gabriel Mission / Opp. Mission Play." With some soiling and curvature of the paper, the overall condition is good.
