"The Overture," Vol. 5, No. 13 (15 October 1925), published by M.M.P.A., Local 47, of the American Federation of Musicians, Los Angeles. The publication contains articles pertaining to local musicians, including minutes of board meetings and general meetings, chapter VII on the "History of the Band and Orchestra Business in Los Angeles," and news of the union's decision to prohibit work with radio station KHJ, owned by the Los Angeles Times newspaper, and others.
